In just a few weeks, we have gone from a democracy to an oligarchy, from a government with a balance of powers and that is bound by a constitution and the rule of law, to one that is run by a would be dictator and convicted felon who has no regard for congress, the courts, public opinion, or (least of all) the well being of the people.
